I am a motivated Research/Lecturer Associate with extensive experience in nanophotonics, focusing on enhancing optoelectronic device performance through innovative research and practical applications. I have a proven track record in conducting cutting-edge research, publishing in high-impact journals, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. I am highly skilled in using advanced simulation tools for the design and optimisation of photonic and electronic systems, and I have actively supported HDR students through mentorship and guidance. As a passionate and reflective educator, I have a strong record of successful course delivery, curriculum development, and laboratory design, with a commitment to making complex engineering concepts accessible and engaging for diverse student cohorts.
