Dr Vinod Maseedupally is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Optometry & Vision Science (SOVS), UNSW.  He has about 20 years of experience in clinical teaching and research.

As a mathematical epidemiologist, I work on mathematical models of infectious diseases, focussed on estimating the public health impact of new vaccines.

My PhD research investigated enhancers, which are non-coding genetic regulatory regions, in primary human astrocytes, a glial cell subtype in the brain.
