I am a clinical psychologist and early-career researcher interested in how emotions shape health decision-making, particularly under conditions of uncertainty. I am currently a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Behavioural Sciences Unit at UNSW and continue to remain active in private practice and clinical supervision.
As a clinical psychologist, I have experience working across hospital, outpatient, and private (corporate) settings, with a focus on trauma, substance misuse, eating disorders, family violence, and complex trauma. I have taught undergraduate psychology and contributed to the coordination and delivery of an Honours-level unit at the University of Wollongong. Most recently, I have also been involved in delivering research-focussed seminars to medical students at the UNSW.
My research interests span decision-making in clinical and healthcare contexts from the perspective of clinicians and health consumers as well as broader topics in mental health and clinical psychology.
