I am a postdoctoral bioinformatician in the Embryonal Cancer Therapy & Prevention group at the Children’s Cancer Institute, affiliated with UNSW Sydney. With a multidisciplinary background spanning both wet- and dry-lab research, my expertise lies in cancer biology and computational biology. My current research focuses on drug discovery, screening, and uncovering mechanisms of therapeutic resistance in childhood cancers such as neuroblastoma and osteosarcoma. By integrating transcriptomic, genomic, and functional data, I aim to identify predictive biomarkers and targetable vulnerabilities to support the development of precision medicine approaches in paediatric oncology.
