Dr Chelsea Phillips is a Visiting Fellow at the UNSW Business School, and postdoctoral researcher at the Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC). Here she is developing a framework and resources for business schools to define, assess, measure and recognise societal impact. Apart from societal impact research, Chelsea's enduring research focus seeks to explore the broader social implications of technology, and creating strategies that prioritise human needs and well-being.
