Dave Sullivan is a senior lecturer (assistant professor) in Human Resources at the UNSW Business School, Department of Management and Governance. He received his Ph.D. in Management and Organizational Behavior from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. His research investigates the social, psychological, and cognitive aspects of human resource management and social evaluation processes. Research interests include performance management, person-organization fit and misfit, job search processes, and social evaluations of others--including processes associated with gender bias and the social evaluations associated with CEOs. His work has been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Human Resource Management, and Small Business Economics.
