My Teaching

As Academic Program Lead for the Nutrition, Dietetics, and Food Innovation Program since November 2021, I was instrumental in conceptualising, developing, accrediting the Dietetics program through Dietitians Australia and leading the recruitment of the team. My education-focused role has included curriculum design, accreditation documentation, and interdisciplinary integration to enhance student learning. Due to my extensive industry contacts and ideas for innovative education, I have taught across the Program, building a strong sense of community among the students. I lead the Faculty Sustainability group, selected due to my interest within both an education and research context. From this role, I have been pushing forward the UNSW Good Food Charter and linking curriculum with the Sustainable Development Goals across the School and Faculty.
